MORE SKIRMISHES
I ran a couple more games of the WWII skirmish game I have been talking about - "NUTS!" - last week with very positive reviews from most of the players. I am glad our stock up order for 25mm WWII mini's is arriving next week. There may be a few choice packs in the shipment for yours truly - can anyone say "paratrooper MG teams"...
I also got in the Medieval skirmish rules from the same company - Two Hour Wargames. The rules are called "Montjoie!" (its a French battle cry) and play just as good as the other genres. I am hoping to play a couple of test games this weekend, along with a Chain Reaction 2.0 firefight skirmish with 40K Orcs & Space Marines. Maybe even with a couple of tweaks the medieval game could be used for fantasy figures as well...
Besides being really fun games to play, the best part of these games are that they allow you to use any figures you have to play them. What a great way to get some use out of those old figures you've just got laying around gathering dust, or from a game you just don't play anymore!
