MORE ROMANS...

Here are a few more shots of the Fields of Glory (“FoG”) armies folks have been using around the shop.  Every one is doing such a nice job in their painting efforts  - and without dedicating too much time, I might add - the tables look really good.

Last weekend they held a mini-FoG tournament at the local quarterly Recon miniatures convention. There were five players (up from one the time before) who all seemed to have a good time. Now the FoG folks have set their sights on something a little more ambitious – a major FoG tournament at a local game shop here in town. They did ask if we would be willing to host it and I said certainly.  

I hope they continue to build their crowd at the shop as the game has a nice visual appeal. I thing with a consistent effort they could have considerable success in conquering the world…er, I mean getting players hooked. Sorry, the Roman side of me slipped out (yes, an ancient history joke J).
